I have entrusted my family adventures to Susan since 2018 when she organised an unforgettable 10th anniversary trip to Mauritius for my husband and I.
It was our first holiday without the children since 2010, and it was truly the trip of a lifetime. Susan surprised us with a personal concierge, and her incredible knowledge of the island - its hotels, experiences and vibe - helped us select the perfect resort and location in the Heritage Le Telfair.
The result? Two weeks of pure indulgence and rest.
Since then, we’ve celebrated Christmas in Norway, explored ancient Athens and enjoyed family holidays in Lanzarote and Portugal.
When Susan knows a destination, her rich insights make planning seamless. Even when she’s less familiar, she goes out of her way to research and offer thoughtful recommendations.
Nothing is too much trouble for Susan. She always goes above and beyond, understanding our needs and budget while helping us navigate both clear ideas and moments of indecision. Her patience and enthusiasm never waver, even when I change my mind - something that happens more often than I’d like to admit!
Susan is now an integral part of our holiday experience, and I can’t imagine planning a trip without her.
