We just wanted to thank Susan for arranging our three-week holiday through British Columbia and the Canadian Rockies in September 2025. It was an unforgettable experience and she pulled out all the stops to celebrate my husband Steve's 60th birthday.

From the initial consultation through to our return home, our itinerary reflected everything we had discussed - the fantastic landscapes, outstanding scenery and wonderful wildlife. Canada is a stunning country with wonderful people.

We started in Vancouver, visiting city highlights, including Capilano Bridge, Grouse Mountain and Stanley Park, before heading to Victoria - a highlight being the whale and bear watching and the beautiful Butchart Gardens. We hired cars, all arranged by Susan, which was definitely the right decision, allowing us to stop at scenic spots along the way for our many photos!

Onto Whistler and Alpine Meadows for lovely walks and some well-earned rest, then the transition to the Rockies - absolutely breathtaking, with every turn seeming to get better and better.

We stayed at the Fairmont Lake Louise, our touch of luxury. Susan had arranged a bottle of fizz and a cake with a lovely note on arrival - and in fact we found a personal note from her waiting at the majority of hotels throughout the trip. A truly lovely gesture.

Lake Louise, Jasper, Banff and the Icefields Parkway were all included - mountain views, turquoise lakes, gondolas and wildlife at every turn. There wasn't a single aspect of the holiday we didn't enjoy.

Susan is a lovely person who clearly loves her job. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and nothing is ever too much trouble - especially when it came to my many questions!

We would not hesitate to recommend both the itinerary and Susan's services to anyone looking for a memorable Canadian adventure.
