It’s these kinds of stories that make my work so rewarding. Julie and Neil returned to Mauritius where they got married to re-new their wedding vows, but the holiday was made even more special by taking Julie's mum with them to celebrate her 80th birthday.
To then receive the following letter, card and flowers was the icing on the cake... 😊
Dear Susan,
Just a little note to thank you for all your help, patience and assistance with our special trip which was just perfect.
We cannot begin to express how grateful we are, from the very beginning to our return from Mauritius, you have been with us every step of the way.
From booking a double location stay, a week for my mum's 80th at Le Cannonier, with a table booked in advance for her birthday dinner, plus a week at our special hotel, Mauricia Beachcomber, where we got married and we returned to renew our vows.
From confirming our plane seats with Emirates plus checking in on the app and organising chauffer pick-ups and assisted boarding for my mum, to assisting us with medical permissions and all the associated documentation needed, to transfers whilst in Mauritius, you have been by our sides and guided us through the while process with regular updates and contact.
You brought a personal yet professional touch to ensure our big trip went without incident and that it did.
We cannot recommend you and your services highly enough; without you we believe our trip could well have been fraught with mishaps and the odd headache or two. Instead, it was absolutely brilliant.
We cannot thank you enough and without hesitation, will definitely be contacting you again when we're ready to plan our next big adventure.
