We honestly can't thank Susan enough for everything she did for us - from helping us book our dream safari holiday to South Africa, to dealing with the unexpected disruption caused by the conflict in the Middle East. She was absolutely fantastic every step of the way.
When our flights and part of our itinerary had to be changed at very short notice, Susan worked incredibly hard to sort everything out. She kept us updated throughout, always remained calm and reassuring and made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier for us.
Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about making sure our holiday went ahead as smoothly as possible.
